I'm a creative production lead with 15 years at the intersection of brands, agencies, and production companies, building the relationships and infrastructure that let creative teams do their best work at scale.

From McCann and VICE to building Jelly NY's first US studio from the ground up, my career runs on one simple belief: great creative work needs time, trust, taste, and seriously good operations. I’m proud to look after the ecosystem that underpins that all - the relationships, the processes, the people. At the end of the day, I want all parties to feel deeply proud of what we’ve put out into the world.

I'm honored to be a recognized voice on production craft, with seats on the 2024 Clio Awards Film Craft Jury, the 2026 Shots Americas Animation and VFX Jury, and the 2026 Creativepool Director of the Year Jury.

Outside of 9-to-5, you can find me chasing my wily 5-year-old son around, swanning about a friend’s house giving a houseplant consultation (fun fact: I opened the plant shop WYLD on my Mat leave), throwing epic costume parties, and slinging pints in the British pub we built in our basement (The Starker's Arms, where I answer exclusively to "Donna").
